Brooke Sloane Properties, Inc. (BSP), a Florida based Corporation, was founded in February 2005. Its history began with Condo Conversions, which later led to the purchase of single family homes and then established its presence in multiple communities.


Corporate headquarters, based out of Tampa, FL, established BSP Property Management to maintain its own properties by obtaining new tenants and control of its own Home Owners Associations, where applicable. In 2008, BSP Real Estate was also established to facilitate all transactions the corporation does on a weekly basis.


Its ability to obtain financing is through BSP Mortgage, and its contacts with over 300 Lending Institutions, both public and private, and it’s own privately capitalized acquisitions. As well, it employs several Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, and Loan Processors to procure adequate and timely financing.


In addition, BSP owns full interest in International Investments Inc., the arm in which all investments and partnerships are obtained and maintained. International Investments has a unique system in which it establishes class “C” Shareholders as partners to assist in the financing of either single family acquisitions or blocks of properties simultaneously.


Its Principles are W. Mark Sanders, President, who has an MBA/JD from the University of North Carolina. His history stems back to the development of the direct home delivery division, Horizon Foods of Omaha Steaks International, where he was the President for twelve years. He developed this organization into a $258m entity. He later sold his interest and became the President of Big Sky Beef and successfully led them through an accomplished IPO. Upon completion of the IPO, Mr. Sanders founded Brooke Sloane Properties, Inc.


Randy Jackson, BSP’s CFO, completed his Accounting Degree in three years from Northern Arizona University. Upon graduating in 2002, Mr. Jackson began working in accounting and finance, where he gained the respect as well as reputation working for Lennar Homes. His financial knowledge is unprecedented to provide additional success for BSP.


Chase Polly, BSP’s Sales and Property Manager, received his degree in Economics at Auburn University. After graduating he gained much experience in project management at Power Design. Soon thereafter he began working with direct marketing companies where he gained much of his experience in sales and management. He manages BSP Property Management and BSP Real Estate. He primarily maintains occupancy and helps facilitate all real estate transactions.


BSP and or International Investments, Inc takes an average of thirty days to close each accepted block or individual properties therefore the extended holding period is twelve to fifteen months. However, the Companies’ primary goals are to acquire blocks of properties, establish 100% occupancy and resell each block to a primary investor or a group of investors with immediate rental income for the new buyers to appreciate.
