International Investments was initially formed out of necessity to keep up with the demand of Brooke Sloane Properties’ (BSP) continuous requests for what originally were single family homes and townhomes in the Tampa Bay area. Now with the additions of BSP Mortgage, BSP Property Management, and a large number of investment opportunities it became necessary to develop multiple ways to locate and finance Real Estate transactions on a much larger scale.

Below outlines who International Investments is and what we do:

• Negotiate and Acquire commercial and residential Real Estate projects

• Develop unique systems and contracts to facilitate the purchase and completion of properties and land in an unfinished development or community

• Work as needed with BSP and its Partners on certain Joint Ventures when the Sellers require a “quick take down” and often construction completion of their project. Utilizing our Proprietary Partnership Program and working with BSP Mortgage we have access to numerous programs and forms of financing:

o Bridge Loans
o Portfolio Loans
o SIVA and SISA Loans
o Hard Money Loans

• Structure and Execute the purchase of entire communities, builder inventories, completion of their projects and community boards. This is one of our specialties and we continue to do this for failing Builders, Developers, and HOA’s. On a daily basis we are requested to provide input or management from numerous Banks, Hedge Funds, REIT’s and Asset Managers.

• Facilitate the Acquisition of Bulk REO Tapes all over the US for our personal portfolio, investors, Asset Managers, and Investment Funds.
