Brooke Sloane Properties, Inc. (BSP), a Florida based Corporation, was founded in February 2005. Its history began with Condo Conversions, which later led to the purchase of single family homes and then established its presence in multiple communities.

Corporate headquarters, based out of Tampa, FL, established BSP Property Management to maintain its own properties by obtaining new tenants and control of its own Home Owners Associations, where applicable. In 2008, BSP Real Estate was also established to facilitate all transactions the corporation does on a weekly basis. more info
